Service terms and refund policy
Last updated 2026-10-20. These terms apply to packages and services purchased online or by proposal.
What you are buying
Business consulting and planning documents with the scope, sessions and turnaround described on the package or product you choose. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, licensing agency or payer. Regulators and payers decide every license, enrollment, contract and payment, and we do not guarantee approvals, contracts, referrals, funding or revenue.
Getting started
After purchase we email an onboarding message and intake form. Turnaround times start when your completed intake is received. Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Third-party costs
Prices exclude government and licensing fees, insurance, background checks, accreditation, property, vehicles, hosting and domain fees, legal and CPA services, and other third-party costs unless expressly included.
Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before your intake is received or your first session is held.
- After work begins, we refund the unused portion of the fee, less work already completed, at our standard rates.
- Delivered documents, completed sessions and digital downloads (the Document Toolkit and client templates) are not refundable once the download links are sent.
- To request a refund, email info@guruhealthhub.com with your order reference. Approved refunds return to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
Discounts
Black Friday Sale: share your name and email to get 30% off the standard fee for Foundation Advisory, Launch Preparation, Comprehensive Launch Support and eligible standalone services. The sale ends Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central time. After it ends, sharing your name and email unlocks a 20% introductory discount instead. Discounts do not stack. Online purchases are charged at the discounted price shown at checkout. Requests received before the deadline are honored at the sale price in the written proposal we send from them. Excludes the Growth Partner retainer, government and licensing fees, insurance, background checks, accreditation, property, vehicles, hosting and domain fees, legal and CPA services, and other third-party costs. Multi-state and complex engagements are quoted in writing before payment. Sharing your email for the offer does not sign you up for marketing.
Your documents
You may use the documents we prepare for your own business. Templates and toolkits may not be resold or redistributed.
